We then turned our attention to parking garage repairs, installing concrete overlays and deck coatings to fix the ponding water issue the structure was having at many of the elevator landings.

The covered awning at the front entrance was also in need of restoration and painting. We repaired all the EIFS damage and applied an elastomeric coating.

Masonry Repair & Restoration Project

This Class A office building is home to the Nashville, TN corporate headquarters of H.G. Hill Realty. The building’s brick masonry facade needed a good power washing and some tuckpointing to repair the cracked mortar joints on it.
