Condition: This 10-story Class-A office building had unsightly window stains being caused by leaching from the precast above. The owner was preparing to replace all the glass on the building when he contacted us.
Repairs: After we showed off a little preview with our mock-up, we got to work on the concrete restoration. We washed and installed concrete sealer at the precast to keep any leaching at bay. Then we used an unique restoration method so that the glass on the building, looked just like new.

Condition: The hospital was experiencing water intrusion in the courtyard below these skylights due to expired joint sealants and failed window gaskets..
Repairs: We performed a full re-caulk on the skylights including all the butt glazing joints and wet sealing the glass using Dow Corning Silicone

Parking Garage Restoration Tuscaloosa, AL

Condition: This 70,000 SF parking deck located at the hospital had a failed traffic coating on it and expired expansion joints causing water infiltration down to the lower decks.
Repairs: We removed the failed traffic coating in its entirety and replaced the 200’ of expansion joint at slab intersections. Then we installed a new vehicular traffic coating and line striping .

Condition: This 20-story Class-A office building was experiencing water intrusion on many of the tenants suites due to expired joint sealants and window gaskets.
Repairs: We performed a full re-caulk on the building including replacing all the precast caulk, window perimeter caulk, and wet sealing all the glass on the large curtain walls with Dow Corning Silicone.

Parking Garage Restoration Nashville TN

Condition: This 25,000 SF parking deck was experiencing water infiltration down to the lower decks causing spalling concrete and rusting out the steel reinforcement.
Repairs: We replaced all the joint sealants on the top deck, treated the steel with rust inhibiting paint, repaired all the spalling concrete, then installed a new vehicular traffic coating and line striping.

Repairs: We performed a full re-caulk on the building. Replacing all the window perimeter caulk and wet sealing the glass with Dow Silicone. We tuck pointed all the areas with cracked mortar joints then installed a clear penetrating sealer to the brick facade.

Repairs: We replaced the expired joint sealants with Dow Silicone. We also power washed both buildings, tuck pointed the cracked mortar and installed a clear penetrating sealer to prevent freeze thaw on the brick facade.

Parking Garage Repair Huntsville, AL

Condition: A structural engineer determined this garage was showing signs of water infiltration on the lower decks leading to spalling overhead concrete and corrosion to the reinforcing steel.
Repairs: Taking a top down approach, we replaced all the joint sealants and installed a vehicular traffic coating on the top deck to stop water there. Then we coated all the exposed steel on the lower decks with a rust inhibiting paint and repaired all the spalling concrete.

Condition: The HOA of this apartment building was looking for a solution to repair and protect the 300 balconies on the building.
Repairs: We repaired the spalling concrete at each of the balconies then installed a cementious specialty coating that would allow moisture to pass through it while also waterproofing and protecting the concrete.
