  • Palmer Plaza – Commercial Caulking Project

    This Nashville, TN property manager saved several thousand dollars by choosing Performance Waterproofing to perform a full re-caulk on her 20-Story Class A Office Building. We replaced all the expired precast caulk on the building and wet sealed every inch of glass with silicone.

  • BB&T Building Huntsville

    Replace 20,000 LF of window perimeter caulk and wet sealed the glass to stop water intrusion on this Class-A office building in downtown Huntsville.

  • Fitz Casino & Hotel Parking Garage

    Replaced 20,000 LF of joint sealants. Overlaid 15,000 SF of spalling concrete. Installed 85,000 SF of traffic coating on the upper parking deck to prevent water infiltration to the lower deck. Also installed another 15,000 SF of traffic coating at the Casino and Hotel drive lane and entrances.

  • Gatlinburg Parking Garage

    Replaced 10,000 LF of joint sealants on the upper parking deck to stop water infiltration on the lower level. This parking garage is located in downtown Gatlinburg adjacent to one of the main tourist attractions.

    Replaced 2,500 LF of joint sealants. Route and sealed 1,000 LF of cracks in the parking deck. Installed 25,000 LF of penetrating sealer to the upper parking deck to stop water infiltration down to the lower levels.

    This Medical Office Building in Columbia, TN had unsightly staining and moisture-related damage in many areas on the Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS). The covered awning at the front entrance was also in need of restoration and painting. We repaired all the EIFS damage and applied an elastomeric coating.

    This Class A office building is home to the Nashville, TN corporate headquarters of H.G. Hill Realty. The building’s brick masonry facade needed a good power washing and some tuckpointing to repair the cracked mortar joints on it.
